Todd Electric has officially introduced its latest constant current LED driver, the T097C21W150-500 DALI HE, bringing a more flexible and reliable solution to the professional lighting market. Designed with a compact profile and lightweight housing, the new model supports 150–500mA adjustable output current, an output voltage range of 25–42VDC, and a maximum power of 21W, making it suitable for a wide variety of constant current LED modules.

Compact and Highly Reliable Design

The T097C21W150-500 DALI HE features a V0 flame-retardant PC enclosure, offering a balance of safety and lightweight construction. It is designed as a Class II (compatible with Class I) LED driver, built with an IP20 structure and compliant with key safety standards including EN 62384 and EN 61347, ensuring consistent long-term operation.

Dual Dimming Modes: DALI-2 and PUSH

This new model integrates two major dimming systems:

DALI-2 Dimming

Fully compatible with DALI-2 standards (101, 102, 207 including 251/252/253)
1%–100% smooth dimming
Selectable linear or logarithmic dimming curves

PUSH Dimming

Supports on/off control, brightness memory, and multi-device synchronization
Up to 15 drivers can be connected in parallel
1%–100% continuous dimming

These dual dimming options allow the driver to work in simple local control setups or advanced digital lighting systems.

High Efficiency and Stable Output

The T097C21W150-500 DALI HE delivers impressive electrical performance, including up to 92% efficiency, power factor ≥0.90, and THD ≤6% under full load conditions. Its stable output helps reduce flicker and improve lighting quality, especially in dimmed operation.

The driver features multiple protection mechanisms—over-temperature, overload, short-circuit, and no-load protection, all with automatic recovery. Combined with its innovative thermal management system, the driver achieves a long service life of 50,000–100,000 hours, depending on Tc temperature.

Flexible Installation

Designed for built-in installation, the driver supports both small and large strain relief options and uses push-in terminals for fast and secure wiring. This makes assembly easier and improves production efficiency for lighting manufacturers.

Availability

The product is now in mass production and available with multiple packaging options, including individual boxes, small inner cartons, and bulk outer cartons to meet different shipping needs.
